RATE FOR MECHANICAL:              Hourly $40.00

                                                         Hourly $50.00  (Out of Shop, If we come to you.)

RATE FOR HOME REPAIRS:            Prices are based on the size and complexity of the job.

                                                         There will be a min. of $40.00 for service call.  

RATE FOR MAINTENANCE:             Hourly $40.00

                                                         There will be a min. of $40.00 for service call

(If we negotiate and set a price for a job, but the job needs to be cancelled, a 24 hour notice is required.  Cancellations not within 24 hours will result in a 25% payment of negotiated price.)
